If you're planning a trip to Orlando and/or Disney, why would you stay in a cramped hotel room when you could watch the Disney fireworks from the backyard of our brand new vacation home instead? You can rent our gorgeous, 5 bedroom/5 bathroom home for about the same cost as the price of one room on the Disney property! This item is for 1 week (Saturday - Saturday) in Pooh's Palace - a new 5 bedroom 5 bathroom vacation home in Windsor Hills Resort. We have the following weeks available at this rate: August 30 - September 6 September 6 - 13 September 30 - 20 September 20 - 27 November 1 - 8 November 15 - 22 We have other dates available, but the rate may be different based on the time of year. Also -- longer or shorter lengths of stay, and other check-in/check-out days may be arranged to better suit your schedule -- just Contact Me. Whether you are planning a busy, fun filled family vacation at the many theme parks, or looking forward to a relaxing break around the pool, our beautiful home, located in Orlando’s most prestigious, gated vacation resort, offers you the best of both worlds. Our home, with a private pool and spa, is located on a premium lot in Windsor Hills Reserve – the newest section of Windsor Hills Resort. Windsor Hills is a prestigious, highly sought after, secure, gated community and is the closest vacation rental community to Disney. It is only 2 miles to the Walt Disney World main gate, and within easy reach of Universal Studios and Sea World. Windsor Hills is also close to family restaurants, shopping and golf, and has all the amenities of a five star resort! Our home sleeps 12 people (10 in bedrooms - 2 on sleeper sofa): 1 King Master Suite double sinks, large shower 1 King Master Suite with private shower 1 Queen bedroom with bathroom 2 twin themed bedrooms each with 2 twin beds Additional 2 guests accommodated on Queen sleeper sofa in Family Room In addition to the many amenities our home offers, all of the resort amenities of Windsor Hills are offered to our guests free of charge. These include: A luxurious water-park style pool: The beach style walk-in area and dancing waters are a favorite for the smaller children, while the huge twisting water slide provides a thrill for older children (as well as those who never want to grow up). Behind the pool area, you will discover the hot tub lagoon spa secluded by lush landscaping. The multi-million dollar clubhouse offers a state of the art fitness center, a games room/arcade, billiards tables, and a 50 seat private cinema with High Definition Surround Sound. There is even a convenience store available for drinks, snacks, and personal items. The newly opened resort recreation area (November 2006), has lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball, lighted basketball courts, as well as a newly opened golf practice putting/chipping green area. Incredible children’s playground area: A short walk from the clubhouse you will find a fabulous play area for the kids complete with tunnels, slides, and multi-levels for climbing and exploring. The unique, castle themed playground has something for everyone - there are swings, ride-on toys, a dragon sand area and giant chess game. In addition, there are several smaller playground areas throughout the community. Whether you relax at “home”, play outdoor ping pong next to resort pool, take the shuttle to one of the many Florida theme parks, or play golf at one of the many Orlando championship courses (we're right next door to Mystic Dunes - #2 rated course in Orlando area), Windsor Hills is the ideal location to make great vacation memories! PaymentPayment is required at the close of the auction unless other arrangements are made between the buyer and seller. Reservations are confirmed on a first come first served basis and some dates are extremely in demand. Please do not attempt to pay until you have received confirmation that your dates are available. If you pay by personal check or business check, your booking will not be confirmed until the check has cleared our bank. We accept major credit cards (V/MC/D/AMEX), bank checks, personal checks, money orders, and payments made through PayPal. Pay Pal is handy for this especially if time is of the essence or more than one request is in for the same dates. Full payment for rental is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. ShippingAll rental details will be handled via email, telephone or mail at close of auction. Terms of Sale A reservation request is not a confirmed booking. After making a reservation, a booking form and contract will be sent to you. This booking form and contract must be completed, signed by the leader of the party, and returned to us with payment. Upon receipt of the completed booking form, contract and payment, confirmation of the booking will be sent to the party leader along with a welcome packet, the addressand directions to the home, and information about getting the keys. All rates include your entire party for the dates booked. Please note that Florida law puts strict limits on the number of occupants permitted to stay overnight in vacation homes. No more than 12 people will be allowed to stay in the villa. Smoking is strictly prohibited. No pets allowed. If it is discovered that pets were in the home, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. The person named on the booking form must be 21 years of age or over. If you decide to change the date of your holiday, the rates are subject to change. Wherever possible changes to dates will be accommodated, however changes have to be done in writing, and may be subject to a $75 charge. A credit card number must be given for all reservations to act as a security deposit ($500). This credit card will be charged only if needed to cover damage to the rental property in excess of normal wear and tear during the rental period. Check in time is 4:00 pm on the arrival date. Check out time is 10am or earlier on the departure date. Early or late check in / out require prior approval, and may incur and additional charge. We strongly recommend that you take out travel and medical holiday insurance, for all members of the party, to cover unforeseen circumstances which may necessitate the cancellation of your booking. Travel insurance may cover the cost of cancellation for reasons beyond your control. . Our home is provided on a self-catering basis. Since, unlike hotels, we do not have a supply closet down the hallway, anything that gets used up cannot be re-supplied, such as paper towels, laundry or dishwasher detergent, soap, trash bags and toilet paper. We provide complimentary starter soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. Once these items are used, it is the your responsibility to replenish them. About Us We are a family that LOVES Disney! This home is part of a life-long dream for our family - it is not just a rental property, but is our home away from home!
