You?ll have a fantastic vacation in our tropical condo which was built at the end of 2002.  The unit sleeps 6.  Experience paradise in our beautiful, non-smoking ground-floor unit N2 on the 9th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Course.   The Fairway Villas is an individually-owned condominium complex, not a timeshare! The lanai and the master bedroom overlook the King's Lake & the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The unit has a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen with granite countertops and cherry cabinets. It is located in a very quiet section of the complex, though close to all amenities. .The unit sleeps 6.  The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, TV, and a computer desk.  Bring your laptop and take advantage of our FREE wireless (or wired) high-speed cable internet access. Light-blocking drapes let you sleep as late as you wish!  The guest bedroom features a TV/VCR and 2 twin beds (which can be made into a king bed using a special device upon request). The living room includes a queen sleep sofa, TV, and VCR/CD/DVD player. We provide books, videotapes, CD's, board games, beach towels, beach mats, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, even shovels and pails for your family's enjoyment! The complex includes an infinity-edge pool, lava-rock spa, pool-side gym, and gas BBQs with outdoor eating area. It is a quick 5-minute walk to the King's Shop & restaurants. It is just a 10-minute walk to "A-Bay" beach, where you can take advantage of water sports and rent snorkel gear, kayaks, hydro bikes, and windsurfing equipment. Take a tour in a glass-bottom boat, enjoy a relaxing dinner on a sunset cruise, even renew your wedding vows or create new ones while sailing on the Pacific ocean! Your total payment of $1,242.46 includes 7 nights.  Check- in is after 3pm on the first night, and check-out is by 11am on the 8th day.  This is equivalent to a highly-discounted rate of $139 per night.  Hawaii taxes of 11.25% are included, and the $160 check-out cleaning fee is also included in the total.  This is a deal not to be missed!  Optional trip insurance is available at an additional cost which would cover you in case of sudden illness.
