In the E-Cert section near the bottom of the page, select "NWA Extras" from the drop-down list and continue your booking. This certificate may not be redeemed at any airport. Terms & Conditions Reservations - Reservations made on nwa.com must be redeemed at time of reservation. The number of seats available for this offer is limited. Validity - Certificate is redeemable for travel ""commencing"" (this means travel must begin) by the date stated above. Travel must then be completed within one year of the outbound travel date. Extensions will not be granted under any circumstances. Booking Class - A. Fare Basis Code - AGRATIS Minimum Stay - None. Maximum Stay - Travel must be completed within one year of the outbound travel date. Blackout dates - None. Itinerary - Travel is permitted one-way or roundtrip. Stopovers, circle trips, open-segments, and waitlisting are not permitted. Single open-jaw permitted. Routing - All travel must be via the routes of NW/KL in which NW/KL publishes fares. Transferability - The certificate is transferable only if it is not associated with an individual's name, no name is attached to this certificate. Changes/Refunds - Once redeemed, changes are permitted for a fee of $100USD, provided the new itinerary meets all provisions of the program.
