Built with Italian style is placed in the golf club Playacar Phase 1, 150 feet from the beach and a 10 min. walk from Playa del Carmen's famous 5th avenue and Paseo del Carmen shopping Mall. The house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and also a service/laundry bedroom and full bath for the maid with its own entrance. It has 5000 Square feet of construction on 3 floors, and more than 1000 Square feet of terraces, most of then with an remarkable view of the Caribbean ocean and Cozumel. The lot is totally about 8000 square feet, and because of the shape of the lot and the vegetation, it is practically impossible to see the house and pool area from the street. If available you can proceed to place a pending reservation, that will be guaranteed for 3 working days starting at moment of acceptation. When a confirmation is received, an invoice via e-mail will be sent, at this point a 30% of the rental is due. The remaining balance is due before 45 days of the arrival date. If not payed reservation will be cancelled and the deposit lost. For cancellations 70 or more days prior to arrival date a full refund will be rewarded. For cancellations 45 to 70 days prior to arrival date a 30% of the rentals is forfeited. For cancellations Les then 45 days prior to arrival date a 100% of the rentals is forfeited. Cancellations have to be confirmed via e-mail. Deposits for the period 15th December to 15th January are not refundable.
