This is at a super high-quality Marriott resort, with absolutely no obligation to attend any presentations, and the auction price includes all taxes and fees (of course, some activites cost extra, like golf, etc.)This is a large 1 bedroom unit (not studio) with a full kitchen. If you need more room, I can convert this to a 2-Bedroom unit (sleeps 8) for another $600 (additional to auction price).
