ABOUT THE PENTHOUSE: These are not the "standard" luxury suites of the Manhattan Club. These are the Penthouse oversized rooms on the highest floors, (I have owned the timeshare since 1999, and I have rented it on ebay for several years, with repeat customers). The Penthouse two bedroom suite - apartments are 750 square feet and some are even bigger.  They are sold for $1200 per night, plus taxes and service charges. (During Christmas week, if you can find one, a standard much smaller (one room) hotel room in Manhattan goes for $400 to $1000 plus taxes per night, for each room!) The Penthouse suite can sleep up to 6. This vacation package has a value of at least $7000.00 to $10,000. If you have found this listing, then likely you have already heard the rave reviews about this Gold Crown Resort, which has the highest ratings, and is impossible to get. The Penthouse rooms are larger than the regular suites, and much more luxurious than the standard Club rooms, with flat screen television, Bose radio, in room computer, private concierge, bar area and library / lounge. The Penthouse has its own elevator, accessible by private guest keys. The Penthouse rooms have private open terrace balconies and the ultimate views of Central Park and the surrounding areas. You will be staying in a 2 room (2 separate sleeping quarters;  ideal for two couples traveling together, or a large family) 2 Bath Penthouse Suite. Each suite features plush fabrics, elegant Italian furnishings and accommodations for four (Additional roll away beds/ cribs available, so you can fit up to 6 people, but it may be tight quarters for some). The kitchen area has a coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. The kitchen is stocked with Starbucks coffee and popcorn. The suite has 2 bathrooms,  2 TVs, a computer with printer and Internet access, plus dial-line phones for voice and data. In each marble bath you'll find a sunken tub, plush towels, terry robes and fine toiletries by Crabtree & Evelyn. Each night, there is an exclusive Penthouse turndown service, where they bring you slippers, turn down your bed linens, and bring you chocolates and liqueurs (no charge!). You will receive the New York Times and Wall Street Journal delivered to your door each morning. Each afternoon, at 3 pm, there is tea, coffee and cookies served in the lounge.
