The house is two blocks from Pennsylvania Avenue SE which is approximately a ten minute drive from downtown Washington and the U.S. Capitol. The Metro Rail (Branch Avenue Station) is five minutes away, fifteen minutes from Reagan National Airport and thirty-five minutes from Dulles/BWI Airports. A second floor master bedroom has a queen size bed and quest room has a king size bed that can be converted to make two twin size beds. The lower level bedroom has one full size bed. The living room has a large sectional sofa with a 4X4 ottoman and is capable of sleeping 2 to 3 people. The family room has two leather sofas and a recliner. In addition there is a sofa and love seat in the outer family room entrance. The house has three bathrooms, two on the third level and one on the lower level. The first floor has a small room with a computer/DSL Internet service, also cable television in basically every room. The cost is $8000.00 for the week. Additional time is available for a reduced rate, if requested. A refundable security deposit of $1,500.00 is required, along with one half of the rental fee at the time the agreement is signed but no later than December 19, 2008.
