Our Villa is just a short walk to the private community pool of Hickory Cove, Palmetto Dunes tennis resort, Robert Trent Jones Golf course Club house, and the plantation's general store. Our home has been completely renovated  12/2007. Recent upgrades include new hardwood flooring throughout the lower floor and new Berber carpeting on the upper floor, custom interior paint and colors, interior doors, baseboards, casement, fixtures and more!Our smoke free Villa comes complete with everything to make your vacation enjoyable with the comforts of home. The living room and master bedroom are both located on the first floor. Sliding doors lead to a large open deck which overlooks the 18th fairway and green. Table, chairs and grill for outside dining and a fully equipped kitchen if you would rather eat in.The master bedroom includes a new bed and full private bathroom. The living room includes a newer sofa with pullout bed, newer love seat, and a second three quarter bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has two double beds, full private bath, and a balcony overlooking the golf course. The upstairs loft includes a sofa bed.  This setup allows for up to eight people to sleep comfortably. Our Villa has a number of beach chairs, beach toys, inflatable floats including a floating child seat, noodles, several razor scooters, buggy boards, and other common beach toys to help your children (or adults) build their own castle in the sand.  Included is a nice big wheeled carrier to transport your beach equipment easily to and from your nearly private beach or the pool that is only for Hickory Cove owners and guests.Hilton Head Island is famous for its beautiful beaches and warm ocean water. However, while at Palmetto Dunes, there is plenty more to enjoy. The plantation itself has four championship golf courses as well as 25 championship clay tennis courts of which many are lighted for night play.The plantation includes miles of biking trails, 11 miles of lagoons for rowing and kayaking and many island restaurants. Shelter Cove harbour is one mile away and includes shops, restaurants and fireworks in the summer.
