NorthWest of Phoenix, this luxurious timeshare is popular with ballplayers and fans for spring training (San Fran. Padres & Anneheim Angels, Kansas City Royales, Milwakee Brewers, Oakland Athletics, Seattle Mariners, and Texas Rangers.) Great place to stay or rent out for any games/events at the huge Glendale stadium or Glendale arena (where major concerts and shows take place). Glendale is twenty minutes south of the timeshare. Go 10 min. North and enjoy Lake Pleasant with jet skis, boating or hiking or just stay at the resort to go horseback riding, biking, or participte in weekly events. Did I mention the oversized waterpark-like pool with beach entry and waterslide. See pictures of that and also the second pool on the property. Like any timeshare, this trades out to go anywhere else through interval international. Floating week...your choice of any week available...RED season year round, this resort has great trading power due to the uniqueness of the resort and the lack of other timeshares in the area. You will own a two bedroom every other year. That means only half price maitnance fees (currently $360 a year), yet you can split into two one bedrooms units to trade or stay EVERY year. These units are HUGE, even when just using one side. Each side has a kitchen, a living room with fold out couch and a bedroom. When you use the full two bedrooms it is plenty big for two families with children, great for extended family. The room itself is the nicest I've ever stayed in at any timeshare or hotel. Marble, Granite, high quality decorator linens, romantic oversized tub in master bedroom. Huge kitchen and top quality appliances. Tons of storage cupboards and closets so that there is no clutter and either a balcony or porch large enough to eat outside or store bikes. Our kids love having their own kitchen and living room to hang out on their side while we enjoy our side. Please feel free to ask any questions. Oh yes, and this unit (every other year) is currently selling through the timeshare company for $18,000 at best.
