Serial No. 062488 This luggage was purchased at an antique auction in the 1970's. The timeless, sophisticated look of natural leather is sure to compliment any style. It is still in very good condition for it's age, but does show some wear, including light moisture stains on the leather and multiple scuffs, scratches and nicks. There was tape over the three latches at one point, which has left light marks in the leather. The bottom edges and handle show the heaviest signs of use, but are still very good overall. Please see photos for greater detail. The exterior features a solid natural leather exterior, leather handle, brass studs, original brass lock and two latches and leather corner guards. The right side is embossed with the initials "F.R.G.". Please note that the key is missing. Please see photos for greater detail. The interior is in very good condition for it's age and is clean with no major stains, rips, or tears but you will notice minor imperfections. It is lined in a natural colored cloth with brass tacks along the edging. The top tray has two cotton pull tabs on either side and two cotton clothing straps with tone on tone "LOUIS VUITTON" text woven throughout and brass buckles. Don't pass up on this exquisite find!
