Onsite restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, overlooking boat marina.Our condo overlooks the Bay Canal with easy access to the boat docks. The unit has a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. It also has a washer and dryer in the unit, two TV's, and a VCR. Sit on the balcony and watch the sun set into the Bay or watch the ducks play in the Canal below.Sandpiper Cove sits on 43 acres with 1100' of private beach, fully serviced by a private beach rentals service! Umbrella and chair rentals are available for your comfort and convenience. During the summer season there is a staff of lifeguards that also rent jet-skis, ocean kayaks, and parasailing. Also, during that time, the beach pavilion restaurant and bar are open. There is NO smoking allowed inside the unit (this is a non-smoking only unit).
